The shipping was way too slow. I was expecting it to arrive much sooner, so that was frustrating.

The packaging was mostly okay, but the box did show up slightly dented. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it’s still a little disappointing when you expect it to arrive in better condition. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

I ordered a rack and a couple of extra straps, and everything mostly fit the way I expected. The only thing was the sizing chart was sorta not as clear as I’d hoped, so I had to double-check before feeling sure. It all worked out in the end though, so not a big deal

I ended up ordering from The Rack Warehouse because, they were one of the few places that actually had the rack parts in stock!!! I had checked a couple other sites first, and everything was either unavailable or kind of unclear... so this was a relief.

The website made it easy to see what was available, and my order went through without any random backorder surprise popping up later, which was really the main thing I cared about!! Nothing fancy, just straightforward, and that worked for me.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates could’ve been a little better... I was sort of checking more than I wanted to. But overall, I was happy with the order, and I’d definitely use them again!!!

I wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work out. The rack felt flimsy once I started putting it together, and the instructions weren’t very clear. Even after messing with it for a while, the fit still seemed off. I contacted support, but it felt like they were blaming me for not installing it right instead of helping. The return part was totally fine and straightforward. I guess I just assumed the exchange would move just as quickly, since in my head return + new item = simple swap, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just a little slower than I’d hoped.
