"Box arrived a bit dented"
The packaging was mostly okay, but the box did show up slightly dented. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it’s still a little disappointing when you expect it to arrive in better condition. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

"Accessories fit fine, just double-check the sizes"
I ordered a rack and a couple of extra straps, and everything mostly fit the way I expected. The only thing was the sizing chart was sorta not as clear as I’d hoped, so I had to double-check before feeling sure. It all worked out in the end though, so not a big deal

"Had the parts when I needed them!!"
I ended up ordering from The Rack Warehouse because, they were one of the few places that actually had the rack parts in stock!!! I had checked a couple other sites first, and everything was either unavailable or kind of unclear... so this was a relief.
The website made it easy to see what was available, and my order went through without any random backorder surprise popping up later, which was really the main thing I cared about!! Nothing fancy, just straightforward, and that worked for me.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates could’ve been a little better... I was sort of checking more than I wanted to. But overall, I was happy with the order, and I’d definitely use them again!!!

I wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work out. The rack felt flimsy once I started putting it together, and the instructions weren’t very clear. Even after messing with it for a while, the fit still seemed off. I contacted support, but it felt like they were blaming me for not installing it right instead of helping. I wouldn’t buy from here again

"Return was easy, exchange took a bit"
The return part was totally fine and straightforward. I guess I just assumed the exchange would move just as quickly, since in my head return + new item = simple swap, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just a little slower than I’d hoped.

So, my order ended up arriving later than I expected, and one of the parts was missing when it got here. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while, and I had to follow up a couple of times before it was sorted out. The rack is fine now that everything’s together, but the whole thing felt like more hassle than it should’ve been

My rack arrived damaged, with one of the parts bent enough that it wouldn’t fit the way it was supposed to. I sent photos to The Rack Warehouse pretty much right away and figured it would be a simple replacement or refund situation.
Instead, the whole process dragged on and got really frustrating. The replies I got felt vague, and I never seemed to get a straight answer about what they were actually going to do to fix it.
I don’t like assuming the worst, but after a while I started worrying I was just being strung along or fooled into waiting until I gave up. In the end, I wasted a lot of time and was left unhappy with the experience.

I bought this rack thinking it would work with my setup, but it ended up being the wrong fit. Frustrating because I wasted time trying to make it work, and it felt like the terms or details had changed from what I expected when I ordered it. Not a great experience.

"Decent rack, but the finish could’ve been better"
The rack I ordered from The Rack Warehouse is fine overall. It feels sturdy enough, fits where I needed it to, and it holds everything without any issues. The ordering process was a little annoying though because I felt like I had to keep verifying things more than once, which got old fast.
The quality just wasn’t as clean as I expected for the price. There were a few scratches in the paint and one edge felt rough, like it didn’t get much of a final check before it shipped. It’s not a huge problem and I’m still using it, but I was hoping it would arrive looking a bit more polished

"Limited options and I had to chase them"
I went on rackwarehouse.com hoping to find a rack that would actually fit my setup, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the products looked really similar, and I couldn’t find many options when it came to different sizes or styles. I also tried reaching out with a question and felt like I had to chase them to get any kind of response, which was frustrating. It might be fine if you only need something basic, but for me it was disappointing.

"Installing this was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I’m not expecting everything to be effortless, but the instructions really threw me off and made the whole install take way longer than it needed to. A little clearer guidance would just be the decent thing to provide for people trying to set this up without wasting half their day.

The site was fine overall, but I felt like a few parts of the instructions were kind of unclear. Maybe I missed something, but I had to go back and reread a couple sections before I felt okay placing my order. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little more context would help, especially for people like me who don’t buy this kind of thing very often.

"Pretty disappointed my order wasn’t right"
I ordered from rackwarehouse.com and while the delivery itself was fine, I was disappointed when I started going through the parts. A couple of them weren’t what I had selected, so I ended up spending extra time double-checking everything and trying to sort it out. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the whole thing still slowed down my project.
